•     Timeline & Details — We'll discuss your timeline, items for sale plus exceptions, the big picture process, and any questions or concerns you may have.

•     Access & Privacy — We'll talk through access to the home, scheduling, and whether any rooms or areas should be closed off from shoppers — your comfort and privacy come first.

•     Two-Day Sale — Sales typically run Saturday and Sunday, giving your items maximum visibility while keeping the process efficient and on schedule.

•     Post-Sale Support — If you're preparing to list the property, we can help ready the home for the market once the sale is complete — including sales information, real estate contacts, marketing materials, and an email sign-up sheet we can provide for you.

Our commission covers everything needed to run a professional, well-presented sale:

•     Pricing — Expert pricing of every item, based on current market value

•     Staging — Thoughtful staging to showcase your items at their best

•     Shelving — Shelving and display setup

•     Trailers — Use of our trailers for transport and overflow

•     Trucks — Use of our trucks for hauling and logistics

•     Marketing & Advertising — Full marketing and advertising of the sale to attract qualified buyers

•     Photography — Professional photography of items to promote the sale

Depending on the scope of your sale, the following may be added to get the home fully sale-ready:

•     Set-Up — Set-up beyond standard staging

•     Dumpster — Dumpster rental for disposal of unsellable items

•     Final Cleanout — Complete cleanout of remaining items after the sale

•     Deep Clean — Completed by a trusted contracted partner, for a sale-ready home

Note: In some cases, we will do a "cleanout" only with no sale -- please discuss with us
